IHC Suspension offers a complete 3/5 lowering kit for 2021–Present Ford F-150 Extended and Crew Cab 4WD models, designed with both performance and ease of installation in mind. Built from real-world installation experience, this kit addresses common issues found in other lowering kits while helping reduce overall labor costs.

Ride quality is the top priority. The front drop is achieved using precision-engineered lower control arms, allowing you to retain factory springs, shocks, and spindles to help maintain OEM ride comfort. Included upper control arms help restore proper camber and alignment after lowering.

Unlike many kits, this system does not require frame notching, helping simplify installation and avoid potential alignment issues caused by improper modifications.

The rear setup includes a flip kit, front hangers, and 1-inch lift shackles to achieve a 5-inch drop. Nitrogen-charged shocks and heavy-duty U-bolts are included for improved ride control and durability.
